The Hampton Roads Case Management Society (HRCMS) is a non-profit organization and is an affiliate of the Case Management Society of America (CMSA).

CMSA is a national, non-profit organization, founded in 1990.  It has grown to over 70 chapters that are dedicated to the support and development of case management through educational forums, networking opportunities and legislation involvement.

HRCMS was formed in 2007 and represents various healthcare professionals dedicated to the practice of case management in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia.  This website provides information, upcoming events, and resources to our membership, as well as to our visitors. We encourage you to contact us with any questions you may have regarding our chapter. 

Goals for 2013

1. To promote an educational offering five times a year with pre approved CCMC credit.
2. To offer a local conference once a year that includes a nationally recognized keynote speaker.
3. To maintain and increase the membership by 15%.
4. To promote case management as a valued career for Healthcare Professionals.
5. Promote the value of Case Management in the medical system with law makers by attending Public Policy Summit in Washington D.C and the Assembly Day in Richmond, VA.
6. Impact healthcare policy through education and communication with policy makers on issues affecting case management practice.
